XClickMail
does not fill in the login name and password for me
|
XClickMail
can only fill in the login name
and password after the webmail login page has successfully loaded.
If for some reason, the login page
takes too long to finish loading (e.g.
internet traffic jam or the webmail
server is down), XClickMail will
time out and give up. Make sure you can access the corresponding
webmail
login page and then try again.
DO NOT type or hit any key on the keyboard
or click with the mouse when XClickMail is waiting for the login
page
to load.
DO NOT switch to other Safari windows
when
XClickMail is waiting for the login page to finish loading. The
login
page must remain the front-most window in Safari when XClickMail is
waiting for the login page to finish
loading.
You may have disabled JavaScript on
Safari. Search for "JavaScript" in "Safari Help" to learn how to enable

delete the current XClickMail account item and create a new one. Make
sure you checked the followings
